Eligibility and application
This isn’t just another program, it’s hands-on, practical support for entrepreneurs ready to strengthen and grow their businesses. Whether you need help with financial management, marketing, human resources, or business planning, TCTX Thrive is here to support you every step of the way.
Eligible participants may also receive a grant of up to $5,000.
Your business must:
- Have been operating since before March 1, 2019
- Be located in Travis County, outside Austin city limits

Business loan program
An 8-week virtual program to help you prepare for a loan and unlock up to $5,000 in grant funding. Build a stronger business with expert guidance, one-on-one coaching, and hands-on support designed to improve your financial readiness and position you for funding.
Who It’s For
Small businesses that:
- For-profit business looking for a business loan
- Located in Travis County (outside Austin city limits)
- Started before March 1, 2019
- Can commit to an 8-week virtual program
What You’ll Get
- Weekly live training sessions
- 1:1 coaching with experienced advisors
- Help with financials, projections, and loan applications
- A clear, actionable business plan
- Opportunity to receive up to $5,000 in grant funding after completion and loan approval
