Extension Options: Up to four additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement.
Eligible Agencies: School districts, charter schools, higher education institutions, cities, counties, municipalities, state entities, federal agencies, Native American communities, and non-profit entities nationwide where permitted by applicable law.
Because Contract #27-01P-16 has already been competitively solicited and awarded, eligible agencies may be able to use the cooperative contract instead of conducting a separate solicitation, subject to their applicable procurement requirements and internal approvals.
1GPA contracts undergo competitive procurement through its Lead Agency model. Complete contract documentation, including vendor responses, evaluation materials, and due-diligence records, is accessible to members through the 1GPA Member Portal for internal review.

Roads Consulting Group prepares a project quote referencing Contract #27-01P-16. The participating entity verifies the quote against contract pricing in the 1GPA Member Portal.

Issue a Purchase Order referencing Contract #27-01P-16 to both Roads Consulting Group and 1GPA per 1GPA purchasing guidelines. Once processed, project work commences.
