Our goal is to help small businesses, particularly those owned by minorities and women, grow, scale, and thrive. We provide technical assistance, training, and valuable resources to small businesses in Travis County, but outside of Austin city limits, empowering them to achieve lasting success.

To be eligible for the TCTX Thrived program, your business must:

Have been in business since before March 1, 2019.
Be located in Travis County, but outside of Austin city limits.
Have under 100 full-time employees and
Under $1M in annual revenue.
Have no major tax or legal issues (with some COVID-related exceptions).
